Students will examine how organizations use innovative learning strategies to improve employee performance, job satisfaction, and long-term career growth. Emphasis is placed on aligning training initiatives with business goals, leveraging knowledge management, and measuring the return on investment in human capital. Drawing on current industry practices and the latest edition of key training resources, the course offers insights from both employer and employee perspectives—highlighting how effective training adds value across the organization.
