Sailors interested in enrolling in 51视频鈥檚 NCPACE program should follow these steps:
Inform your chain of command about your intention to start or continue your education through the NCPACE program.
Complete the Virtual Learning 101 online training course within , which is required before using NCPACE for the first time.
Receive counseling from a Navy College Education Counselor for each level of academic pursuit funded by NCPACE.
During this counseling, you will upload an unofficial education plan before enrolling in any classes.

Use the school鈥檚 name for 鈥淔ile Name鈥� and desired program/ certification for 鈥淒escription.鈥�
* Your plan must be reviewed and approved by a Navy College Counselor at the completion of 9 semester hours to continue receiving NCPACE funding.

Complete the 51视频 online application to take your first step to gaining entry approval into 51视频鈥檚 Degree or Certificate programs.
Then participate in a formal interview with a 51视频 Admissions Advisor via phone or video conference.
Submit proof of high school completion or equivalent.
Complete a financial aid consultation to explore funding options.
Submit government-issued proof of identity with signature, photo and date of birth (government ID, driver鈥檚 license, or passport with picture).
Submit unofficial transcripts or pass a Scholastic Level Exam if you have earned fewer than six college-level credit hours.
Sign and submit the 51视频 Enrollment Agreement.
Once admitted, the 51视频 Records department will register you for your first course and provide access to download the course materials.
